On tap @ Glacier (12 days of Barley Wine). Clear deep red with a thick, off white head. Aroma of toffee, raspberry, bread and some alcohol. Flavor is dry raspberry, toffee and some alcohol heat at the end. Medium body with average carbonation and a dry mouth feel. Nice beer, very dry and the raspberry is not sweet at all. Can’t wait for future barrel versions of this.

On tap @ Bistro BA Fest poured a clear reddish amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of raspberry, bourbon, oak, carmel and light spice. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of raspberry, bourbon, carmel, oak and light spice with a smooth dry raspberry finish.

Draft at the Bistro BA Fest; Calleed Glacier Beam Razz XXX, aged for 3 years in A Jim Beam barrel; ABV 10%; Nose of artificial smelling raspberries and some oaky vanilla; Hazy rust with a big beige head; flavor of raspberries and caramel with some woodiness and alcohol. Not my favorite Glacier beer!
