COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed by Glacier BrewHouse exclusively for Firetap Alehouse. Red, malty, smooth and medium bodied with luscious hints of chocolate & caramel. Malt plays a defining role in the profile of this ale. Several malts are combined with pale malt to form a wonderful malt profile. American hops provide a medium bitterness. A special ale yeast was used to ferment this beer.

Clear amber color/ white head. fruity cherry pit, sharp caramel aromas. medium bodied. Decent mild pit fruit, spicy caramel, mild roasty flavors, barely bitter finish.

On tap @ Firetap Alehouse. Pours dark amber with a creamy off white head. Light aroma of caramel and toffee. The flavor is malt forward with some light hop bitterness in the background. Overall a pretty balanced amber ale.
