COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made with 36% rye that adds a distinct spiciness. Copper in color, a huge hop aroma and flavor accompanied by a slightly sweet, malty finish. The hop flavor has pine and citrus emanating from the Simcoe dry hop. The bitterness is intense but held in check with the premium floor malt and higher alcohol.

On tap @ the Brewhouse. Very cloudy yellow, almost looks like a Hef, very thin white head. Big aroma of pine and citrus hops, some spicy rye and a bit of alcohol. The flavor is lots of bitter hops and some sweet malt to cut the bitterness down, not much alcohol taste. Medium body, with mild carbonation and a long bitter finish. Very good IPA, the rye adds some aroma and body but not much flavor. I could drink a lot of this one.
