The River Brue is a somewhat minor river that flows through the flatlands within sight of the Glastonbury Tor...just so you know! This beer is creamy smooth, slightly on the lighter side for body--almost "air filled" (they may use a sparkler here....) and it had a bit of what I call a "cottage cheese head" for the irregular densities on the surface. Hoppy, fruity, caramelly...all the classic stuff here in decent balance. Some grapefruit bitterness pops up, and as I continued drinking I got more of a sweet, grape flavor. Very pleasant. (on tap, Hobgoblin, Oxford)
