Cask (Gallows Bird, Espoo)
Fresh bitter hop aroma, a touch of pungency. Gentle carbonation, fruity and bitter retronasals. Slightly grapefruity and citrussy in the mouth. Heading towards Dark Star or even Oakham territory when it comes to levels of crisp hoppiness - lovely! Body sweet and a little thin, but very refreshing.
