Cask - at Cask Pub & Kitchen - August 7, 2011. Clear bright refractive ruby-amber with virtually no head at all. Smells a bit sweet, heather and fresh grass - simple. Not an overly pleasant taste - papery, dry, stale grain - no real sweetness or alcohol - 6/10 is charitable. Watery and still mouthfeel, slick, undercarbonated - finishes decidedly harsh (light paper pulp). Not too good, no.
