Bottle. Pleasant aroma upon opening.. At first there wasn’t much flavour but a subtle maltiness soon appeared. Once this happened i realised that this is a pleasant well bottled ate. Very professional label demonstrating how far micros have come over the past few years.

Bottle. Pale amber with a decent off-white head that left rings down the glass. Aroma of red fruit, juicy malt and some grassy hops. Flavour started with biscuit malt followed by more red berries and a decent bitter finish. Good.

Yellow gold, small ring of white. Corn flower and bell-toned berry hops. Sweet berry flavor, cheap white bread, hopping soft to the point of flabby. Just not much here to recommend.

Bottle - Deep dark golden body, white head; Quite nice ripe apple, minty, slightly malty nose; Very nice soft fresh body, malty and hoppy bitter, soft carbonation; Quite bitter dry finish, plain malt aromas, late plain hop aromas, slightly minty sweet.

Bottled. Clearly a filtered beer - though I can’t tell if it is pasteurized. A hazy amber beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with flowery hoppy notes. The flavor is also sweet malty with flowery hoppy notes - especially elderberry flowers.

Bottle @ OL i Aarhus. Pours a quite dark golden with no head to speak of. Aroma is a little thin, some hay and maltyness along with a little grass. Okay carbonation.Watery and thin flavour with a tendency towards the malty sweet rather than the hoppy bitter.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2008 Cask. Dark golden colour, foamy beige head. Pretty weak sweet citric aroma. Smooth malty and citric flavour with dry semi-bitter finish. Oily mouthfeel. 6 3 6 3 12

Cask@Leskinen, Oulu. Re-rate. Amber/copper coloured with mediumsized slightly off-white creamy head. Aroma is citrus, wood and some sligfht caramelly notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with some hints of berries and and slight grassyness towards the finish. 6 4 6 3 12.
