Bottled (8.3 % ABV, thanks omhper). Reddish amber colour, mediumsized beige head, that leaves nice lace. Aroma is fruity hops, grass and lots of spices. Rather complex. Lively beer too, open carefully. Flavour is spices, alcohol, fruits and some mild notes of yeast. Sour berries is also there. Yeast and toffeeish notes as the yeast is poured in. Yeast also makes the beer lots more smooth.

At Papsoe’s pre CPH Beer Fest tasting, cheers Henrik! Cloudy orange brown beer. Dry to soft palate. Slightly sour fruity malt with and odd hint of marmite. Goes down easy.

The bottle is a real gusher; cloudy dark amber color. The malt is quite good, there is some pleasant residual sweetness, but all is quite spoiled by a mild but evident vegetable presence (the fermentation). The aroma is also a bit fruity. Not at the top, but still ok.
