CONCLUSION : quelle démonstration de savoir-faire ..

Yellow in color. Thin white head. Had on tap at Lucky Baldwin’s. Light citrus taste with lemon. Hazy looking. An excellent beer.

Pours hazed lemon yellow w/ a full spritzy froth that slowly reduce to a few small white clumps. Aroma of candied flowers. Light nectar w/ ample reidual effers. Flavors are medium dry, lightly tart and crisp with margarita salt and a spicey tropshire. A lemony citrus rind acidity cleans the palate for the next sip. This brew is delicate w/ comlex citrus and spice flavors. Lil asprin tingle on the finish. Well balanced. Overall: It’s an Imperial Witbier. All flavors are intensified. A connoisseurs lemonaide. I highly recommend this classic.

LOVED THIS. Bottle. Pours a big full creamy head that bubbles away quickly. The color is a lovely hazy gold. Eathy cereal and citrus (orange and grapefruit) aromas. Taste was a exercise in balance that came close to perfection. Nice bready sweetness, some spice, a little citrus, a little bitter, finishing with a touch of floral perfuminess. Very crisp on the palate with lots of lively carbonation.

Sweet citrus, spices, spearmint all from a huge fluffy head. Perfect wit appearance with a hazy yellow brew topped off with tons of head. Big carbonation. Flavor is more subtle than aroma, but the coriander is present, light silky malts. A wonderful example of the style. Satisfying, but makes you come back for more everytime! Thanks for sharing @kapusil.

Medium hazy gold, good sized persistent head. Aroma was a pleasant intermingling of wheat and very fresh orange marmalade, the kind with chunks of orange peel mixed in. Flavor was absolutely fantastic, layers of citric notes, including pineapple, light lemon, and more orange. This all moves into a lighlty spicy finish of coriander and white pepper. Zingy. I really liked this, a top notch wit that is worth seeking out for fans of the style.

Bottle 2008? Spicy wheat malt, clover, and sage aroma. Cloudy amber. Caraway, with wheat malt at midpalate. Finishes with sage and lemon. Very very neat. Good longevity

(75cl bottle) Purchased at Cook Street Liquor for ~$12. Pours a huge, highly carbonated white foamy head atop a cloudy, sediment-filled yellow body. Nose is great with yeast, wheat and vanilla. Good alcohol front, crisp hoppiness. Sweet lemon and oh so smooth. Reminds me of Saxo. --- reviewed on RateBeer.com

0.75l bottle. Hazy golden body, enormous white head. Aroma of bread, coriander, spearmint, orange zest and citruses. Taste of orange peel, citruses, coriander and maybe even a hint of pine. Medium body, creamy texture. Very lively taste and aroma. Awesome.

Many thanks for this beer to Eric De Geyter from Belgium’s Best. Ciekawe i zupelbie inny witbir. Polecam
