COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Beer with a feminin touch - named after a fictional female character. Since 2008. Thin off-white head, misty golden blonde colour. Aroma of citrus peel, soap, popcorn, grass, bitter honey (effectively but subtly used) and some DMS. Dry fruitiness, strong carbo, mineral-like, soft maltiness but rather one-dimensional, little honey presence (could have been more for me) and relatively hop bitter finish, at least for a honey beer.
