The flavor is tart with some pear and big time apples. The sweetness is more chemical than sugary. Somewhat cider-like. Great lacing and a huge yeast cake left behind.

Aroma: Sweet, honey, caramel, sweet ripe apples, candy sugar, pear, some spice. Flavor: sweet malt, ripe fruit, yeast, bread, hint of spice, citrus, and flowers.
