At RBNG 2014 Halden. Golden unclear color( last at bottle), good foam. Nice floral & fruity aromas; medium intensity. Also nice yeast influence. Medium body & complexity. Very well balanced. Very enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a slightly hazed gold into a tulip. White head with excellent retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Cookie and hay aromas. Dry with sweet caramel, bread and honey upfront turning to mild bitter earth in the lasting finish. Tastes like a tripel....

Bottle. Hazed gold with a fine white head. Candy sugar, honey malt, pineapple soda, white peaches and white pepper aroma. Sweet, sugary, cloying fruity taste. Small touch of overripe apple. Light touches of minerals, metal and a bit of solvent with a pear and banana fruit flavor. Creamy carbonation and soft body. Very much like a triple, or what I remember of them.

75cl. Thanks to thirstybird! Version 2012 with fresh Hallertauer Hops! Mild-weicher Antrunk, 9% nicht zu spüren. Dabei etwas muffig. Der Nachgeschmack ist etwas metallisch, komisch-chemisch. Lang anhaltend, aber das machts nicht besser... --> sehr enttäuschend... 8/9/7/7

Bottled, as Saison d’erpe mere Lentebier at 2 march 2013. Clear yellow color, big frothy white head. Aroma is very spicy, peppery, citrus, tangerine, lots of yeast esters, slight cheesy. Lovely carbonation. Medium bitterness in taste, dry and peppery, some spicy sweetness. There is some spice around which I cannot identify, but is quite present. Bit sharp on the alcohol, but yet again a great beer from this brewery.
