Picked this bottle up at State Line in Elkton, MD. Served in a Mikasa tulip. Pours a nice straw color with a good white head and a bit of lacing. The nose carries some light lemon and citrus plus some hay and wheat. Faint earth and spice there, but not quite as much as the citrus component. Good wheat and some sight citrus in the flavor. Light body with good carbonation and a dry finish.

Gracious sample (well, an entire glass in fact) poured at the brewery. Clear golden, champagne look with a very solid head. The glass with the yeast was an attractive, opaque gold colour. Grassy malt aroma, somewhat muted by the dense head. Prickly, refreshing citrussy flavour. Very good.

75cl bottle. Our bottle had no label directly on it and we even got to think there was a mistake. This bottle did not taste at all like the comments here or the comments of our friends who had this previously. This was malty, sugary and boozy. Too carbonated, by the way. Nothing like a saison. No bretts, no funk, no party.

750ml Bottle. Really nice Saison. Golden and slightly cloudy with a beautiful white head. Really nice aromas of fruit, pineapple , yeasty Brett’s and spices and florals. Creamy mouthfeel lightly dry bitter finish. Nice use of hops. Flavor is straightforward Saison. Tangy, spicy and tart nice hop bitterness. Overall really nice one!

Pours a golden orange with a small white head. Aromas of citrus/grass. Flavor was a dry, yeasty tinge to it. Overall very drinkable.

Poured straw colored with a big, fluffy white head. Excellent lacing. Very pretty beer. Sour apple upfront on the nose with wafts of citrus, spice, and barnyard funk. Very lively on the tongue but very drying. Quite enjoyable brew.

Bottled 75cl. Hoppy, yeasty, bready. A very inviting saison which is quite true to the style. Balanced. A bit too sweet perhaps. Beautiful lacework. Very pleasant.
