3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a cloudy deep straw, with a white head.
Fruity, spicy aroma, apricot, yeast, phenols, citrus, earth, lemon drops, wheat.
Off-dry, medium body and bitterness, creamy CO2.
Fruity, spicy, yeasty taste, lemon peel, apricot, earth, faint phenols, grass, cloves.
Quite nice, but I would like it a bit drier. There are also some faint notes that remind me of enamel paint, that bring the total score down. (2014-12-07)

Poured a very nice hazy yellow with a lively, frothy head. In the mouth it is both dry and a tad sour. Very nice.

Bottle from Saveur-Biere.com - Color: clear blond beer with high carbonation and non persistent white foam. Smell: nice sweet sour nose with good floral presence. With what I see and what I smell, the beer looks like a champagne. Taste: nice taste with a note of grassy and flower. Good sour taste. Really nice. Aftertaste : astringent taste with goud sour notes. Really nice beer I recommend it, a must to try !

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
One of the first serious attempts of any Flemish brewery at the Wallonian saison style; peach blonde beer with moussy head and malty, yeasty and fruity profile with appetizing spicy notes and a whiff of peppery hops in the finish. Far from the Dupont or Fantôme saisons, but a very enjoyable ale nonetheless.

It pours a hazy straw yellow with 2 fingers worth of foam and I see some nice lacing.
Yeasty, spicy, wheat, some bitterness. Spices are cloves and pepper.
Spice is up front in the taste. Peppery, cloves, mild, no, rather assertive bitter flavour then ends in a mix of that bitter and a candi sugar sweetness.
Medium body, zesty level of carbonation.
This is quite enjoyable with the tastes going on and is really very very dry in the finish.

Clear orange yellow pour. Frothy head. Aroma grapes, slight funk, wood, under ripe peaches. Tastes very sweet that comes and goes. Slight ammonia, slight sulfur, horse blanket, grassy hops, light spritz. Very slight dry finish. excellent.

"Well well well. A pleasant (because it was an unknown) surprise at a local taphouse. Fruity, hoppy, and spicy all rolled into one tasty package. Tropical fruit, melons, banana, a good dose of hops, and light spice (more in the aftertaste) in the nose and flavor. This will be revisited over the summer."

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
An unusual saison with a lot of tripel character. Very light in color, with more fruit and less spice than a typical saison. Pretty dry, a little sour, with hints of orange, sugar, lemon, and yeast. A unique beer that doesn’t really fit into any one style. I taste some Orval in here as well. Really impressive - I wish this were more widely available.
