Schiuma bianca, fine e persistente.

Nice fresh fruity aroma, late or dry hopping ? Nice white foam.
Taste has a nice bitterness and is a bit sour, probably because of the wheat.
Blond cloudy beer. This saison is my favourite saison.

Thick white head forms quickly and fades with great lacing into pillowy islands; light golden. Aromas are peppery, lemon, musty. Great bitterness, very dry. Citrus and light basement funk; wheat. Medium to high carbonation.

Orange coloured and clear. Has a white head, medium duration. Heavy hoppy and yeasty aroma, dry, faint acid, light bread too. Flavor starts moderate sweet, then heavy bitter and hoppy, light astringent. Dry texture and soft carbonation.

750ml bottle shared with Steve,20th march.Hazy golden pour with a 2 finger white head which pretty much remained throughout.Nice and busy on the aroma front with lemon, apple, pineapple, grass, straw, wheat, yeast and spices all in there.Tasted pretty much as aroma with coriander and hints of other spices also coming through.Medium bodied and nicely balanced tasty saison which had the alcohol well in the background.

Draft at Farmers Cabinet. Cloudy yellow amber pour with a foamy white head. Very dry full witbier notes with some slight Brett funk. Bit difficult to categorize. Maybe similar to a Dormander. Ultimately feels too light a style to warrent serious consideration, but still has some decent complex notes. Nice body too.

Hazy pale gold with a large white head. Aroma is floral, lemony and peppery, with honey and hay. Quite sweet and honeyed with some wheaty funk, spices and flowers in a finish that’s moderately bitter but not all that dry.

Paid $11.99 U.S for a 750 ml bottle @ the Bier Cellar, Portland ME. Tulip shows champagne like carbonation in a crystal clear yellow. Head is soapy and fluffy. Looks like I poured bubble bath soap into a bath tub. Nose is Belgian yeast, hey, honey and a floral bouquet. Flavor has light funk, some hay, mild grain and a bit of a floral bitterness. High carbonation gives a fizzy mouthfeel. The dryness and mouthfeel is very champagne like. This is a nice beer and goes down real easy.
