750 ml bottle poured a cloudy yellow with a small diminishing white head. Aromas of barnyard, straw and citrus. Palate was light bodied, crisp and dry. Flavors of straw, light citrus and a hint of spice with a crisp dry finish.

6,9%, says the wrapped paper that serves as a label. 75 cl bottle. Blonde with a big foamy head. Hoppy, peppery aroma with a touch of vanilla. Hopbitter, grassy, oily flavor. A bit thin, but otherwise superbly balanced. A very pleasant surprise!

picking up lemeon tartness in the aroma, still not very complex yet still quite drinkable,

750ml bottle (Kaisla, Helsinki, Big bottles weeks) - shared by Mirjukka and Janne - thanks!
Slightly hazy straw, healthy tight head. Fresh grainy aroma. Grainy, fruity, crisp and uplifting. Crisp and tingly on the tongue, some nettles too in the retronasals. Quite green and farmy, but not vegetal. Organic, husky grains, grassy, crisp, and refreshing - quite a bite in places. Great saison.

1pt, 9.4-oz bottle purchased at Coaltrain Wine and Liquor. Pours sparkling pale gold with a huge frothy-fizzy white head, mostly lasting, good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (straw, meal, hay), average hops (herbs, grass), average yeast (barnyard, earth) with notes of coriander and flowers. Light bodied, sticky texture, lively carbonation and a slight bitter finish. Light sweetness and acidity, moderate bitterness; citrus and floral biting hop, earthy yeast and straw-hay malt, fragrant flavor.

Bottled @ GBBF 2005: Golden coloured. Hazy. White head. Grape, citrus, yeast and other wheaty notes in the aroma. Flavour of fruity and grape. Quite spiced. Clean and cleansing in the end. Quite sour. Nice one.

Served on draft at Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a hazy gold color with a large head. Good head retention and excellent lacing. Aroma is caramel, bread, light fruits and earthy, spicy hops. Taste is bread, butterscotch, banana and pear. The hops are earthy in the beginning and a lingering bitterness grows towards the end. Full bodied. This one really hit the spot for me.

Botellla. Muchas tak for putting this n ice saison on the table Plovmand. Exploded as Plovmand opened the bottle. Pours hazy deep golden with a big creamy long lasting white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma. Quite good a mouthfeel. The flavour is fruity with spices, soft sweetness and a pleasant bitterness. Dry fruity finish.

Bottle at Funky Buddha/Case and Keg tasting. Cloudy golden pour. Aroma is a bit grainy and funky with some slight floral hop notes. Flavor is crisp and has some very faint funky flavors. I get some yeast and hops as well. Not my style.

Bottle… Clear yellow ale with a large, fluffy, white head. Good retention. Fruity, yeasty aroma offers peach, apricot and fresh, warm bread with just a whisper of white pepper. Medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation. Moderate biscuit and fuzzy fruit sweetness; gentle, interesting, peppery bitterness. The finish is crisp, clean and relatively dry.
