From draft, 2oz hazy burnished brass pour at bar in middle of a grocery store. This Glazen Toren was aged in pinot and gin barrels and displayed a layered aroma to reflect such a pedigree: toasty, prickly and sweet. The estery flavors wer even more esoteric, but I got some mineral sparkle, fresh wood, spring flowers and sunshine. Taught, lean-bodied, highly carbonated. Elegant

Bottle says 7.5% ABV.
A - Pours a honey golden color with a massive rocky white head. Diligent retention with solid lacing.
S - Classic farmhouse aroma, tart apples, pears, stone fruit, lemon, damp wheat, subtle spice, bubblegum, earthy grass,
T - Spiced pears, tangy taffy, peaches, grassy and citrus hops are very prevalent and coat the palate with a peppery sensation. Honey kissed malt, damp wheat, earthy and musky. Finishes dry with a chalky yeast aftertaste.
M - Moderate soft carbonation, flowy feel, really carries the flavors across the palate.
This beer really transforms over a session. Sweet fruit when chilled but as it warms the musty and husky wheat grow adding an earthy twist with tart citrus coming out as well. Perfect carbonation. Has some funkiness on the aftertaste. Very interesting and would recommend for sure!

Schiuma bianca, fine e persistente. Birra di colore giallo dorato, velata. Aroma speziato, frutta gialla e con il riscaldamento del bicchiere anche un leggero agrumato, che ricorda il limone. Al palato domina la speziatura, un pochino di pepato, un leggero erbaceo ed un finale amaro ben bilanciato. Carbonazione media e nota alcoolica presente che rende giustizia al grado alcoolico della birra

Nice fresh fruity aroma, late or dry hopping ? Nice white foam.
Taste has a nice bitterness and is a bit sour, probably because of the wheat.
Blond cloudy beer. This saison is my favourite saison.

Golden colour. White head. Very yeast aroma. Soft carbonation. Hazy. Medium bitter, some sweet, spicy. Astringent finish.

Thick white head forms quickly and fades with great lacing into pillowy islands; light golden. Aromas are peppery, lemon, musty. Great bitterness, very dry. Citrus and light basement funk; wheat. Medium to high carbonation.

Orange coloured and clear. Has a white head, medium duration. Heavy hoppy and yeasty aroma, dry, faint acid, light bread too. Flavor starts moderate sweet, then heavy bitter and hoppy, light astringent. Dry texture and soft carbonation.
