Large bottle. Very nice saison aromas and flavors. Light colors with a good rich white head. Fruity, rich malt, light spiciness. Enjoyable.

Jul 4, 2008 Slightly hazy, bright yellow with a white head. Aroma of aged pale malt, lemon and flowers. Pale malt sweetness, lemon zest, herbal, grassy noble hops - ample bitterness. Has a bit of a stale, fruity/yeasty character to it. Medium bodied with crisp, lively carbonation. Solid, but not amazing.

Jul 2, 2008 Fluffy white head, murky pure golden hue. A first sniff: Dupont-esque yeastiness, fluffy and just bready enough to feel belgian, procuring all those impossible to distinguish spice notes. Perhaps corriander and black pepper?

Jul 2, 2008 draft. Hazy, pale yellow with a bright white head. Lemony, yeasty nose with some slight spice. Warm malt notes with a bananaish yeast flavor. Spicy with a peppery finish.

Redish charneol colour with big, white head. Fruity tart, acidic aroma. Milky acidic with a backbone of fruitjuice. Bit bitter from spices and ends very dry.
