On draught at Birreria Paradiso. Golden hazy color, aroma of hay and yeast. Nicely balanced flavor of malt with citrus background. Decent example of the style.

Backlog. Pours dark hazy yellow with a huge head, dissipating slowly leaving lots of lacing. Freashly sour aroma with citrus, lemon soapy phenolic nuance, freshly cut grass, hay, wheat, some malt. Just lovely. Taste is also on the fresh side, with a nice balance of citrus, zest, herbs, fruit esters, yeast, resting on a just enough malty ground to carry it up, finishes quite dry and sour. Light to medium body, soft to medium carbo, dry texture. A lovely saison with great character and, beyond everything, high drinkability.

750 ml bottle from Les Vignerons. Dark canary yellow, pretty hazy, with a big, fluffy and persistent bright white head. Glorious aroma, pretty hoppy and zesty, lots of freshly cut grass, bread crust, fruit esters, light citrus notes. Moderately high bitterness, again quite lemony and zesty, a hint of spiciness/peppery presence, very delicate but at the same time full of flavour. Not the dryest saison ever, but pretty close. Slightly warming, but the alchool is overall well hidden. Average to lively carbonation, light to medium body, slightly creamy texture. Excellent.

Bottle. Nice hazy golden colour with a large, lasting, foamy white head. The aroma is rather spicy, pepper, clove, freshly cut grass, some citrus, some yeast. The flavour is more malt-driven, but with spice, a sour note. The mouthfeel is dry and there is a bitterness. Very refreshing. Not quite the best saison I have had, it’s unchallenging, but I will definitely drink this again as it is well balanced and has a classic feel about it.

Bottle at home from Belgiuminabox
hazy pale amber with lolloping white head eventually collapsing. Sweet banana yeast esters, touch of higher alcohol and wheat spices. Full bodied, fruity, almost tripel like with a long fruity wheat finish.

Bottle from Beermoth, Manchester. Hazy, dark straw colour. Thick, dense, lasting, white head. Sweet grain. Lemon. Feta cheese. Taste is light sweet. Dry, and light tart, too. Creamy palate. Finish is dry, with some bitterness at the end. Decent, funky saison.

One of the best saisons I have had. It has a perfect balance between sour and other flavours.

0,75 bottle in Kosovo, courtesy of a Belgian colleague. Authentic golden colour, a bit hazy with a medium-high white foamy head which dissipates quite quickly with some retention. Initial aroma of spices (predominantly pepper), citrus, fresh grass, Belgian yeast. Malty notes in the mouth, spicy overall feel, little sourness, lemon feel, dry and refreshing end. These different notes are very well balanced in the body of one of the best Saisons I have ever had. Fantastic beer!

Cloudy gold pour from the bottle with a foamy head ... moderate retention. Aroma if citrus fruit and floral hops. Smooth, crisp flavor of citrus and malt with a trace of a yeast. A rich body that finishes with the yeast traces and a slight hop bite. Very refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
