Backlog. Can @ home. Pours amber with thin off white head. A sweet malty beer, somewhat unbalanced as the hops seems to have been left out. A little on the weak side for a christmas beer.

Can at Jan & Charlottes tasting, Ulfborg, Denmark 09.04.11 cheers Jan & Charlotte Despite a busy carbonation the head soon departs. Clean, unfussy and lacking a little this is quite industrial and mettalic, thin with some washed out maltiness, the perfect beer if you don’t really give a toss about beer. A5 A3 T5 P3 Ov10 2.6

500 ml can. Crystal clear, deep amber body with a big, but diminishing off-white head. A bit weak caramelish aroma. Flavor is grain with caramel, not much bitter and a bit watery. Uninspired flavor with a short finish make this a sad beer, couldn’t finish.

Can. Weak metallic malt aroma. Dark amber colour with high light brown head. Quite ordinary vienna flavour, whith much too discrete malt sweetness for a Christmasbrew and no spices.

Bottle b.b 17.07.2009.Pours red brown with an off-white head.Aroma of malt , dark fruits, brettanomyces, sourish and funky.Probably not intended from the brewer, but kinda interresting.Flavor is sour and malty with some sweetness.Probably kind nice fresh , but more interresting with age.Nice.

500 ml bottle. Crystal clear brown colour. Tall light beige fine-laced head. Floral hops aroma with hints of nuts and raisins. Some chocolate. Crisp carbonation level. The beer is quite bitter for a Christmas beer like this, but it is not any less interesting because of that, quite the opposite. If feels refreshing and lively on the palate. Reminds me a lot of a clean and tasty brown ale.
