Cask, The Sheffield Cathedral Beer Festival. Very pale yellow, soapy head. Cereal and citrus aroma. Some honey and faint spruce resin. Finish is dry with some stone fruit at the end.

Pleasent summery drinking beer. Head almost goes to leave a light golden crystal clear pint. Smooth and lemon fruity if just a slightly bitter aftertaste. Real Ale for under £2 at White Swan Doncaster. No complaints!

Cask @ 2nd Saltburn Beer Festival. A clear yellow colored beer, with a small white head. The aroma of sweet fruits with some bitter hops. The taste has sweet fruits with citrus. It´s dry with some bitter. The aftertaste is dry bitter with a little sweet.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light keller, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, vomit notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100805]

Pale gold beer with a little white head. Light dry palate. Floral - distinct lemon citrus. Really nice lemony flavour. Finishes over dry but good taste.
