Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, light ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Fresh. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090717]
