COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Smooth roasted ale with a clean finish. Excellent with mushrooms, beef, vegetables, and not-so-spicy pastas.

Black, with very dark brown edges. Smooth, chewy texture. Sweet and roasty and very rich. Big notes of molasses and chocolate. A little toast and caramel, too. Nice and balancing bitterness. Pretty fine porter!
