Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Caramel covered fruit and light aromatic aroma. Orange amber, no head. Medium to light body. Fruity malt, light caramel, ok hop balance - all pretty lowlevel though, doesnt dare to lean out. Slightly watery, sweet caramel aftertaste.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Light chestnut-amber coloured, slowly collapsing and lacy off-white head that slowly collapses, not heavily filtered; moderate to distinctive grainy and "woody" hoppy nose, presumably some toasted malt underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; sweet caramelly finish with a slightly lingering aromatic-hoppy aftertaste. Well crafted brew, similar to a franconian Landbier......

Coppery colored with little light brown head. Sweet and caramelly, slightly cardboardy aroma, some roastiness here as well. Medium bodied. Flavor is also fruity with same caramelly sweetness, dry cardboard and hops also here. Aftertaste dries with some lemon.

0.5 l bottle at Petalax Beer Festival 2010. Copper color. Strongly bready and biscuity flavor. Sweetish, honeyish, bready and biscuity flavor. Not a bad festbier, there is some personality.

Swing-top bottle. Sweet caramel malt and tinny aroma. Clear dark tan color with large head. Sweet caramel malt and moderately bitter grassy hops flavor. Nice body. Chocolate-caramel aftertaste. Nice malty beer.

bottle, Danke pivnizub! Clear amber-golden colour, mid-sized off-white head. Aroma of biscuits with a touch of hops. Malty, slightly grainy flavours with hints of shortbread biscuits, caramel and toffee fudge. Pleasantly hoppy in the finish. Well-crafted beer, I enjoyed it.

Clear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted - caramel, dusty malt, toffee notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100702]

Deep golden color, small white head. Sweet fruity, grassy and grainy aroma. Metallic, caramel, some twisted yeasty and then grassy notes. Light herbal hoppyness.

(bottle) Clear, amber colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly doughy and cara-malty aroma with notes of draff and a nutty touch and herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Mellow cara-malty base, minimal nutty taste with shy herbal notes; a bit slim, slightly sweet and shy bitter hoppy finish. Clean and pleasant to drink but I have to admit that I have expected more. 05.VI.10
