Bottled swing top 500ml (PBF, BB 09/2011)
Slightly hazy orange color, small white head. Aroma of grains and banana yesatyness. Fizzy, active carbonation. Citric, grainy malty flavor, light banana esters.

Pours deep orange murky cloudy with white creamy long head. Aromas are banan, vanilla, wheat, citrus. Palate is thin medium bodied medium. Carbonation medium soft smooth and flattish. Taste is wheat malts, yeasty with some fruits. Finish is medium dry short, with fruity flavours and crispy mouthfeel. Overall decent light Hefeweizen. Quite drinkable.

Swing-top by 27.07.12, had a little ooze out from the gasket at checkout, dribbled its effluent onto the counter (+ reference to teenager, JC Penney catalogue). But the rest should be ok. Nose is strong slimy wheat and yeast, ester side winning with a touch of cracker. Lightly hazy golden with a large, rocky white head. Airy, creamy medium body, light tang but really no bitterness, and pretty dry. Vanilla and meringue notes in front, less malt than expected, citrus is a bit weak. Still, not loaded down with flaws and as a result, lithe and frisky. Would have again.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, mild earthy notes, some floral notes as well as quite yeasty as well. Flavour is fruity, floral with some wheat and mild yeasty notes as well.

Wässriger Antrunk mit minimalen Herbenoten. Auch im Mittelteil entpuppt sich das Bier nicht gerade als Geschmackskanone, weiter ist nur ein dünner wässrig-herber Streifen erkennbar, noch nicht einmal hefig wird das Bier. Etwas salzig und prickelnd. Ein sehr schlechtes Weizen! 11/3/4/2/5/2

Swing-top bottle. Sweet banana/lemon, clove, sour milk malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with a nice head and effervescence. Sweet peach/banana, clove and wheat malt flavor. Body on the light side. Decent but a bit too light.

Unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100110]

Clear golden with a medium off white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with wheat notes. Sweet yeasty flavour with wheat and banana notes. Finished dry.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thick white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and vitamins. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and vitamins, leading to a dry finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.
