Bottle 500 ml
Aroma gentle flow, herbal hop with grainy notes. Light mineral hints. Bit dull for Pilsener. 6+
Appearance good shade, deep gold. Good initial head yet with very short life span.
Flavor and Palate : medium lighter bodied. Good ,solid hop profile almost bold for German sample. Sadly malt was think and underdeveloped. Touch of diacetyl.

It’s golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt and flower, and I find the same notes in the slightly sweet flavor. The finish is slightly dry, and it’s a refreshing pils.

Swing-top bottle by 27.07.12. Sweet touch of spaghetti in an otherwise imperceptible nose. Deep golden body, a little mealy, with a fizzy white head. Taste is lightly sweet, touch of yeast and very interesting floral notes. Medium body is oily. Unusual malt profile, unusual flavor, but the hop presence is interesting. at least for a try.

Herb getreidiger Antrunk, wenig malzig, stimmig, im Vergleich zum konventionellen Produkt kaum bitter, was auf mehr Aromahopfen schließen lässt. Gleichzeitig ist aber auch der Hopfen weniger ausgeprägt, insgesamt wirkt das Bier weniger frisch, muffiger, milder. Die Getreidigkeit ist weniger ausgeprägt. Konvetionall gegen Bio: Konventionell gewinnt. 8/9/8/8/9/9

0.5 l bottle. Slightly hazy deep golden color. The aromas of honey, corn and butter. Honeyish, bready and fruity-herbal flavor with medium bitterness. Too buttery for me, especially aroma.

Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is malts, grass, fruits and some mild herbal notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some fruits and mils grains and fruits

Swing-top bottle. Floral/berry malt and light grass hops aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with moderate head. Lightly sweet barley malt and moderately bitter grass hops flavor. Nice solid pils.

Bottled. Golden colour with a small and lasting head. Sweet flavour and low bitterness. Good brew

Light light unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, hay, toasted, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dry hay and straw. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100104]

Bottle. Golden, fine carbonation, fluffy head. Hay, grass, light citric aroma. Dusty caramel malt base, straw, apples, landbier qualities that grow on me. Solid body, light sparkly mouthfeel. Quick grassy finish, orchard retronasal.
