(swing top bottle) Cloudy, brown colour with a ruby shine and a big and rocky off-white foamy head. Yeasty, slightly sour and toasty aroma with wheaty notes, cacao and leaves. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, medium to light bodied with a prickly carbonation. Slightly toasted malty and yeasty taste with a present wheat-character, accompanied by notes of cacao, caramel, berry-fruits and an earthy, leafy touch. Quite dry and minimal sour and toasty finish with a moderate level of fruitiness and delicately spicy notes. Very pleasant. 29.V.10

Bottled. Amber colour, small off white head. Aroma is fruit, wheat and mild spicy notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Quite sweet favlour, otherwise quite nice.

Dark nutty brown coor, good off-white head. Banana, caramelly aroma. Medium-bodied. Toasted banana, roasted malty flavor. Clean decent dunkelweissen.

Bottle. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is wheat, caramel. Flavour is sweet, wheat, caramel, banana. medium body. OK beer.

Hazy medium amber color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is light malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, dark banana. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110318]

Bottle@Ulfborg tasting.Pours cloudy amber with an off-white head.Aroma of bananas, toffee and wheat.Flavor is slightly sweet with some toffee fruitiness.Medium body, lively carbonation.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. An unclear, dark golden beer with a finger-thick off-white head. The aroma has caramel, banana, cloves and bubbles gum. It’s sweet and effervescent on the palate, with some cloves and bitterness. Lots of bubblegum and a solid dose of caramel. Overall, too much bubble gum, but a quite decent one. 110318

Bottle @ Norway/Denmark Tasting, Ulfborg. Pours unclear amber with a small frothy white head. Nose is fruit and ashes. Some sweet caramel. Tart fruity flavor with a nutty touch and wheat. Medium to thin body.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Deep amber coloured, a bit unclear; caramelly and roasty aromas (plus dried fruits) domonate the slight wheaty nose; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; sweetish-caramelly finish with a touch of yeast and a light acidity in the aftertaste. Well rounded and tasty Dunkelweizen.....

Swing-top bottle. Sweet banana, orange, clove, and toffee malt aroma. Cloudy orange-brown color with large off-white head. Sweet orange/banana, moderately bitter clove and light toffee malt flavor. Watery body. Okay - flavor and body too light though.
