Dec 15, 2004 I had this outside the cathedral of Antwerpen. Golden coloured. Quite boring. Slightly weak with some bitter and metallic notes in the finish.

Oct 8, 2004 BLOC isn’t a brewery, of course. But Gluck pils has been contract-brewed, following B.E.S. website, by Alken, Artois, Leroy, Martens & St. Jozef breweries. This one tastes very Martens, which might explain the deviation with the other ratings.
Fully clear gold; yellowish, fluffy good head, disappearing. Quite grainy, pale malt, aroma like starch. Very (pale) malty, fine bitterish, hoppy finish. Bit watery mouthfeel. Aftertaste of roasted malt. Not a bad Pilsner.
