Glass from 740ml bottle, room temperature. Looks like any sake - clear, without any viscosity or "legs". The aroma is weak, but faintly fruity. Flavour is pretty absent: it tastes like a slightly sweeter version of tap water. There are some vague fruit notes, but they are barely present. What we have here then is a dull and totally uninteresting drink, which is at least inoffensive, and thus better than any other sake I have sampled.
