Its taste is subject to constant control by the Secretary of State for Customer Satisfaction. Ingredients: water, wheat and barley malt, yeast, glucose, hops.

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Faint aroma of hops and grain. Bittersweet flavour of grain and hops with a note of cloves. Sweetish finish. OK.

Bottle, 4.8%. Fruity aroma, hint of bubble gum. Cloudy yellow colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is sweetish with a good, distinct clove aroma. Some citrus in the finish. Not a bad example of a German Hefe-Weizen.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light estery banana to orange fruity. Mild yeasty, fruity and estery. Medium dry, overripe fruity and mild toasted malty. Medium dry finish.
