Bottle from Schroppfy, thanks! Blonde, hazy. Pours a firm creamy head. Lots of lemon in the doughy flavor. Sourbread dough. Hints of vinegar. Yeasty notes in the aftertaste. Bread dough and a hint of lemon in the aroma. I liked it a lot!

Pours a hazy golden color typical of most wheat beers, thin white head hangs around for a little while. Not much in the way of aroma some citrus notes and yeast. Bready taste upfront that quickly gets taken over by lemon, some yeast and sourness toward the end, lingering citrus aftertaste with a dry bready finish. Not very well balanced imo, to much lemon flavor, almost as if it was added. Not a terrible beer but nothing I would seek out.

bottle, many thanks to Schroppfy! Cloudy pale yellow, large white head. Citrusy nose. Light-bodied, wheaty and yeasty, quite high carbonation. T&here is a pleasant and refreshing fruity sourness present, reminding me of citrus fruit and buttermilk. Nice, refreshing summer beer.

Starts sweet and finishes sour. An interesting wheat beer, better than the Viva Hel but not by a lot. I don’t know what to think of this brewery - they could be doing a lot better. I’ve had worse here though, that’s for sure. Sweet orange in the aroma, peel, wheat tangy acidity, astringent sourdough bread. Flavors are of sour bready water, some pepper. Heads sustains ok, and it looks alright.
