3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Mungo (2472) - Southampton, Hampshire, ENGLAND - MAR 28, 2006
UPDATED: MAR 29, 2006 Bottle(from Bitter Virtue). Pale but not cloudy wheaty appearance. Peppery, herbal hops and just a hint of yeasty bread. Light bodied with peppery hop bitterness on the finish. Although I first thought this was a BCA due to a light sprinkling of sediment at the bottom of the bottle I found out afterwards it was filtered - no appreciable difference to many bottle conditioned beers I’ve sampled.
