COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - December & January.
Brewed especially for the Festive season this beer captures the flavours of the special treats we all enjoy. A deep reddish-amber with Cinnamon and Festive aromas. Flavours are a medley of malty chocolate sweetness immediately complimented by orange and mixed fruits. This really is ‘festiveness’ in a glass!

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear nut brown. Nutty and roasty. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Mild and caramelly, long spicy bitterness. Unspectacular, but pleasant.

Cask (Oliver Twist, Stockholm) - Copper coloured. Raisins, malt, nuts and Christmas cake in the aroma. Fruity, nutty and tangy taste with notes of dried fruit, Christmas cake and a bitter and fruity finish. Nothing outstanding, but decent enough.

Svesse (4397) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - JAN 16, 2012
(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 14 Jan 2012) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with apricots, orange, spices and hints of yeast. Malty, fruity taste with notes of orange, apricots, a touch of yeast, slightly earthy hops and mild hints of ginger and cinnamon. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Quite nice.
