Spicy and with a blanced honey-like sweetness. Yeast-notes Papsoe (14613), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 27, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) The label credits this to "Brasserie Du Grand Enclos" in Corbion-Bouillon - whatever that is. Hazy - almost unclear - reddish amber with a decent white head. A bit caramel sweetness balanced by a pronounced bitterness. Amber with a huge, white head and lots of yeastparticles.
A sweetish berrylike aroma with cedar.
Rather dry flavour and fine hoppiness.
Fresh with a late bitterness. PetetheMeat (546), Hove, Denmark Nov 25, 2004 Reddish ale. White head - a bit weak. Sweet aroma with notes of cherry (and oak?). Mild sweet flavour with some underlying sourness. A tocuh of hops in the finish. Hides the ABV very well. Nice ambree.
