Jul 24, 2003 I HAD A FEW OF THESE ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO AND I REMEMBER IT NOT BEING TOO TERRIBLE. IT WAS KIND OF FUN TO RIDICULE THE GUY WHO BROUGHT THEM OVER. I WILL SAY THIS ABOUT GOEBEL, IT WASN'T AS BAD AS BUD OR COORS THOUGH. I WOULD DRINK IT IF WERE THE ONLY BEER AROUND.

Feb 2, 2003 Goebel, the name kind of says it all. Tastes just like every other working mans beer. Not as good as PBR though.

Jul 16, 2002 I really wanted to like this beer, at first taste it wasn’t bad. Then the aftertaste came around, it was strong but I could probably stand it. Probably better when it was in it’s prime, but since may brewery shuffles it has lost something.
