Bottled. A deep red beer with a pink head. The aroma has notes of cherries and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and cherries, leading to a dry finish, where the cherry note lingers.

2009. Pours reddish in way of kriek lambics. Head is foamy. Aromas sweet cherry, lemonade, acidic. This is basically a Gose with syrup as you find it in Berliner Weisse. Not much to say. Sourness is good , flavours are mostly sweet syrup.

Interesting. Somewhat like lambic (duh?), refreshing and nice. The fruit taste is nice, but there should be more beery taste coming through. Yet another pleasant experience.

Mild fruchtiger Kirschantrunk mit leichter unpassender dumpfen Herbe. Fruchtig süß bleibend, stark an Fruchtschorle erinnernd. Die dumpfe Herbe klingt ab und sorgt dafür, dass von dem Bier nunmehr nichts zu erkennen ist, die Säuerlichkeit, die charackteristisch für die Gose ist, ist von vorneherein nicht erkennbar. Somit ist es ein gewöhnliches Biermischgetränk. 12/9/8/8/9/4

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear red with a pink head leaving some lacework. Intense cherry aroma. Medium body, sweet notes of cherries and almonds, some metal and sulphur and a light underlying tartness. 090609

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden red with a small pinkish head. Dry almondish and artificial cherry aroma. Sweet and mild citric to acidic base flavoured. Light almondish finish with a touch of marzipan.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts fruity-sourish, a bit sweet. Finish more sourish, remind of Gose. Not bad, but also not really good.

[ Courtesy of Maria ]. Light light unclear medium red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light red head. Aroma is moderate to heavy wreaths cake, cherry, marzipan notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081202]

It is a dark red gose-mix with a pink head. The aroma has notes of marzipan and almonds. The flavour has sweetness and notes of slightly sour cherries, almonds, marzipan and it is refreshing with a nice harmony between the sweetness and the sourness.
