COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
В Щелкунчике на собственной пивоварне, по традиционной немецкой технологии, мы варим живое нефильтрованное пиво под торговой маркой "Гоффманн".

Гости могут попробовать два сорта пива "Гоффманн": светлое пшеничное и светлое ячменное.

Руководствуясь золотым правилом пивоварения, мы используем только четыре компонента: воду, солод, хмель, дрожжи. Мягкая петербургская вода по праву считается наиболее подходящей для пивоварения - для нашего пива мы используем только очищенную воду. Солод и хмель мы закупаем только в Германии и Чехии - золотые и янтарные сорта этого солода славятся своим качеством и идеально подходят для нашего пива.

Наше пиво производится без фильтрации и консервантов, что снижает срок хранения, но позволяет сохранить природу и богатство этого напитка. Часто пиво, произведенное по такой технологии называют живым.

Draft @ brewpub. Bright gold, with tight stable head. Smells very grainy and cerealy. The flavors are not bad, it’s refreshing and the sweeter German malts are nice. Has a lively carbo level. The finish is fairly crisp with mild floral hops.

Hazy straw with a thin head. Aroma is doughy. Light doughy taste, also malty and a little yeasty. Kind of clean other than the doughiness.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy golden, small head. Some boiled vegetables in the nose. Mid dry with slim body and clean mouthfeel. Notes of butter and boiled vegetable before a finish with stale hay bitterness.
