Commercial Description:
Cask & Bottle Conditioned, Seasonal, Winter;
A very dark ruby red tinted beer with powerful chocolate malt aromas and a hint of vanilla. Very smooth, very rich dry malt flavours with a subtle hoppiness. A classic winter porter. Available in cask and bottle conditioned. Seasonal - November/December.

Bottle. Pours dark almost black with brownish edges, and almost no head. Aroma and flavour are both sweet and buttery - not very good.

Bottle , Cardinal, Stavanger. Black colour with a tan head. Aroma is dry, coffee, cocoa, fruit. Flavour is dry, coffee, chocolate, roastiness, fruit, hop. Easy drinkable nice beer.

Bottled. Tasting @ Kolding Bryglaug. Sweetish and lactic aroma with coffee and fruitiness. Clear, black coloured with an off-white head. Taste is sweet, has some coffee and fruitiness.

Bottle. Very dark brown with a small off-white head. Fruit and caramel in the aroma. Dry with roast malt and caramel flavours.

Bottle @ thewolf-and-his-flock-of-sheep tasting session. Clear brown color, short head. Aroma of malt, roasted, bit coffee, rye. Soft fruity and malty taste. Hint of blackcurrant. Quite nice.
