Draught. This is a nice session bitter with a mild flavour and full body. Worth a go if they have it at the pub.

berkshirejohn (3685) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 5, 2013
Cask at The Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. Bright copper with a ring of white head; malty aroma; simple malty flavour with a touch of farmyard; some roasted peanuts then contribute to the dry finish. An everyday bitter.

BlackHaddock (2440) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - APR 7, 2012
Tawny coloured body, off-white head: this was beer number 4 (all halves) at a beerfest in The George Inn, Eccleshall (April 2012). Gravity poured straight out the barrel: some hop smells but not a lot of anything in the nose really. Nicely balanced taste, the malts blend in well with the hop content and a mixed bag of summer fruits appear in the flavour: easy to drink and although it doesn’t really test your tastebuds too greatly it is a fine bitter.

tombyars (1210) - Saltcoats, SCOTLAND - DEC 19, 2011
Tasted this in Coanes, Johnstone in June 2009. Cask, handpump dispense. Opaque tawny in colour with a thin white head. Slight sweet note in the short aroma. Thin mouthfeel and decent lacing. Pale malt gives a digestive biscuit base with sweet raisin fruit present. Tart resiny hops gives a dry aftertaste. Bitter sweet finish. Not at all complex - just like the rest of the bland portfolio.

stravale (1371) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 10, 2011
Cask @ The King’s Highway JDW, Inverness.
Copper, clear, thin white head, moderate lacing.
Aroma - very little, faint spicy hop.
Taste - caramel, bit fruity, bitter slight spicy hop, some biscuity malt, hint of toffee.
Palate - soft carb, thin body. Finish - dry, bitter, bit fruity with a bitter, sourish, slightly metallic tail that lingers.
Overall - Hmmm...average.......

Bullit (3516) - Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - NOV 6, 2011
Cask @ Camperdown Place, JDW. Slightly hazy orange colour, generous off-white head. Nose is light malted, sour and fruity. Flavour is malty, wheat, fruits, sour, a bit biscuity. Slightly sour finish. Quite an odd bitter.
