Cask handpull, Whitefriars, Coventry. Clean gold with no visible carb, low white head. Faint pine and crackers aroma. Lemon barley sweets, half decent lemony hops struggling and failing to come through. Weak wine gum notes, orange squash finish. I’ve covered a few miles trying to find a decent beer in Cov city centre this afternoon and this is as good as its going to get.

RexTalionis (591) - FINLAND - JUL 12, 2011
Cask at Black Door, Helsinki. Poured orange in colour with fluffy white head. Some light fruitiness in aroma. with some faint floral notes as well. Light malty in flavour. A bit dry, but somehow you can atleast imagine somekind of summer here. Light fruitiness is also present. First impression was a bit dull, but it got better, felt very pleasant, until the dullness came back, sadly.

@ Raven, Bath. Light golden-amber. Lightly fruity, slightly caramelly aroma. Light and fruity beer with an appetizing bitterness. Fresh and refreshing, with a nice berryish accent.
