Cask Stillage at the Town Hall, Stockport 29/05/2003 Amber mid brown colour. Slightly gassy aroma. Citrus flavour and hoppy. Nutty malt finish with some dryness.

Cask gravity at Rare Breeds BF 08. Hazy amber, lasting beige head. It’s a bitter with some red fruit. It’s ok, just fairly standard.

Cask at 3rd Globe BF, Globe Inn, Dunstable, Bedfordshire. Copper with a small white head. Sweet malt aroma with a fruit and biscuity malt taste. Mid to low bitterness. And we beat their Rugby team.

Cask (Huddersfield BF 2004): Clouded golden amber appearance. Strong malty, honey aroma. Sweet malty biscuity flavor, moderate light fruits. A little thick in the finish, just lacking a little bite.
