Classic dark mild appearance. Soft aroma - sweetish. Fruity esters in the taste. Medium malty and roasty body. Finish softly hopped and fruity.

Dark colour smooth on the palate and roasted. Hoppy finish.

Dark brown like a good Mild should be this was consumed with the Ryburn –Best Mild, at which point we (chris_o, myself and SilkT) were debating who had the most mild rates.
