Cask Stillage at the Metropolitan Cathedral Crypt, Liverpool 19/02/2003 (ABV 3.8%) Golden coloured and slightly pale. Creamy on the palate with a hint of dryness in a malt finish.

Cask @ The Bon Accord. Mild resin aroma. Rich golden colour. Hard metallic citric flavour. Very bitter aftertaste. Just drinkable.

Cask (gravity) @ The 16th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2010, Reading, Berkshire England.

Clear medium amber to orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, tosted - caramel, light fruity, moderate hoppy, hop oil. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, light fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100430]

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2010. It’s a bitter that isn’t very bitter. Touch of biscuit. OK.
