COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Eingebraut und vergoren als Gold Ochsen Hefeweizen, wird der leichten Version erst nach mehrwöchiger Reife behutsam die Hälfte des Alkohols entzogen. Was bleibt, ist eine rezente Frische für den schäumend leichten Trinkgenuss.

The bottle looks simple and the colors don’t fit together. Gold, red and babyblue. The beer starts really fruity and fresh, very drinkable. The finish is a little bit vapid, but nevertheless, this is a really good low alcohol weizen.

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and masive foamy head. Yeasty and slightly wheat-malty aroma with a restrained fruit-character but present phenolic spices of cloves, Muscat and vanilla. Moderately sour and slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with a medium carbonation. Moderately wheaty and slightly sour-fruity (citrus, banana) taste; slim sourish fruity and slightly clovy finish. A drinkable low carb Weizen. 24.V.10
