COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The new trend beer is called, in the clear contrast to his brother stands. A white label on white reason gives the new beer a noble Erscheinungsbild. The Obergaerige yeast wheat is drunk directly from the bottle.

The bottle looks not bad, very different than the other Gold Ochsen bottles. Pull off crown cap - I don’t like that. Looks in the glass more like a kristallweizen, not very turbid. Tastes very fruity but becomes more vapid with every gulp. Only an average hefeweizen!

Bottle: A bit unclear, no head to speak of; light sourish-wheaty nose; light to moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, watery; short phnenolic-sweetish finish. Pretty unpleasant........

(33cl bottle) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a short white frothy layer. Moderately sweet wheat-malty nose with strong phenolic notes of cloves and band aid/plastic. Light-bitter and tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a fizzy carbonation. Mouldy yeasty and wheaty taste with restrained fruity but harsh phenolic notes. Quite unpleasant (02.IV.09).
