Sampled at Casa Nova, Jaffa. A real good IPA, love the Cascade hops. Light brown coloured and hazy. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Nice hoppy aroma, herbs, citrus, cascade. Flavor starts light sweet and finish heavy bitter. Dry texture and soft carbonation.

Bottle. Very dark brown, almost black-colored with a medium beige head. Aroma of floral and slightly citric hops and some roasted malt, a bit of chocolate and some nutty notes. Pretty dry, bitter flavor, has light sweetness of malt with notes of roastiness and nuts, but is dominated by big hoppiness with some floral, piney and citric notes and a bit of alcohol. Medium-bodied. Decent, but not really my thing.

Pours dark brown with a huge beige head, aroma of cascade daaaa..., some roasted malt and lime skin, flavor is sweet with some malty character, lemony hops, piney tones and light sugars, very fresh with hops in your face, medium bodied, fine and mature.
