Tap @ brewery. Pours a clear golden color with a full, pillowy head. Nose is lightly sprinkled with raspberry essence. Flavor is a refreshing raspberry cooler. It’s lightly carbonated and thge flavors are not overwhelming (not a big lager), but it is very quenching. Nice brew for the summer.

Draft at the brewery. Clear, lightly tinted reddish yellow colored body. Bad candy syrup and plastic raspberry nose, overly perfumy, with notes of acetone. Stenchy, strong smelling. Taste is pasty up front, then turns oily. Soap, perfume, more acetone, cherry cough syrup, all of this sounds bad but the truth is that it wasn’t very flavorfull, which means the bad wasn’t really bad. Still, this has to be one of the worst beers I’ve had in years. I don’t see how anyone would want to drink this.

Draft @ Golden Avalanche, pre-BCTC beerventure, shared (all too willingly) by lilannie. Thanks, Anne! Pours a clear, yellow-amber color; little head left to speak of. Overly sweet, perfumy aroma; like walking through the center of a department store; some raspberry poking through. Sweet, gummy mouthfeel: cheap raspberry syrup with the slightest hint of sugary malts; unpleasant, slightly tart, and difficult to finish; light carbonation. Vaguely sour, raspberry finish.
