Imperial stout aged in Pappy Van Winkle barrels with sour cherries added.

Draught at West End, GCB satellite night. Black with small head. Sour cherries and oak barrel in nose. Definitely Bourbon barrels, prob Pappy just like #1. Tastes like wild yeast was used (maybe its the cherries), which mutes a lot of the sweetness from Pappy barrels. Drinkable but assertive. Big boy shit from a little brewer!
