COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Potable proof that change is good. IPA was originally a variation of English style pale ale. Its stronger, hoppier character was designed to survive the arduous overseas journey from Britain to its colonies in India. Today, just for fun, American brewers continue to alter the formula and produce bigger, even hoppier renditions like smooth, aromatic Evolution IPA.

5th August 2010. GBBF.
Hazy gold beer with a good suddy white head. Moderate carbonation. Sweetish pineapple, lightly spiced orange. Traces of mango and peach. Nice flavour - just a little more carbonation would have been good. Finishes slightly dry.

BeerandBlues2 (10074) - Hanover, Maryland, USA - APR 30, 2009
Draught at the source. Pours hazy orange with an average, rocky, off-white head, lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is average malt (husky grain, meal, cereal), heavy hop (flowers, citrus), average yeast (sweat) with notes of pear and peach. Medium bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness. Too much malt character; the hop profile is overcome by malt.
