Mostly clear with an orange color. Weak head. Moderate carbonation. Lightish body. Big citrus (orange and lemon) right from the beginning. Some sourness and a little bitterness followed. Cracker-like malt flavors lacked sweetness. Lackluster hop flavors and aromas were one dimensional and boring.

Cask at GBBF 2010. A hazy golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of lemons and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, and lemons, leading to a dry finish.

Light unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, fruity, apricot. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100805]

Cask gravity @GBBF 2010. Pours a golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity hopy grapefruit aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit finish.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. Hazy copper colour. Very decent. Hoppy. It’s a decent hoppy beer with a touch of pink grapefruit on the flavour. OK-ish.

Hazy copper pour with a slightly off-white head, good retention. Aroma is hops - citrus, just a touch of caramel, grass. Smooth, almost creamy body, with low carbonation, low alcohol warmth, bittersweet on the palate. Unfortunately turns a little watery and bland on the mid-palate. Dry, bitter finish. Incomplete with that middle part missing... otherwise, a decent IPA. In the overcrowded IPA field, you need to present something much more than this to compete. Beats the Molson Coors, though!

The pour is mostly clear and orange in color with a small, white, pillowy head which is mostly diminishing and leaves minimal, drippy lace. The nose is quite danky, fresh resinous notes, light grapefruit, hints of sweet biscuits, very fresh dry hopping notes. The flavor is less hoppy than the nose, sweet breads and nutty notes make up the base with some resin, light pine, and tangerine, making up the hop flavors; the bitterness was actually less than medium... The palate is watery, lively, crisp, and light to medium. The finish is short, still with sweet breads, some light resins, and just a bit of tangerine left. A very fresh hoppy nose, almost a bit too full of lupulin, but a less than medium bitterness for an IPA. The lack of bittering hops just made the flavor seem like a different beer than the nose, not to mention the thin and watery palate. Quite disappointing.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours amber with beige head. Resin aroma. Med body/creamy carb. Lots of resin and some citrus over sturdy caramel. Quite tasty.

Cask Stillage at the GBBF, Earl’s Court 05/08/2010 Big hop and nutty aroma. Golden coloured hoppy and fruity with a pineapple flavour. A hint of bitterness in a nutty malt finish.

Cask (GBBF 2010) - Amber with a slight haze. Pine and grapefruit in the aroma. Hoppy taste with grapefruit, peach and a hint of aniseed.

Draught. Good citrus-heavy hop aroma. Grapefruit and orange peels. Clear amber with little head. Good balance, medium bitterness and mild sweetness. Finishes with a strong hop flavor. Clean, crisp palate.
